Returns/Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All open packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Eligible return or exchange
time frames are from the date of purchase:
15 calendar days
- Desktop / Notebook computers
- Motherboards
- Processors
- Tablets
- Printers / Scanners
- 3D printers / 3D scanners
30 calendar days
- All other products
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@qualitycomputers.com. If your return is
accepted, we will send you a confirmation with an RMA number,, as well as instructions
on how and where to send/dropoff your return. Items without a RMA number will not be
accepted.
- All refunds will be based upon your original payment method or a Quality Computer
- Systems store credit.
- If a credit card was used as payment, the credit card must be present at the time
- of return. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to process the
- refund.
- If a debit card was used as payment, that debit card will need to be present at the
- time of the return.
- Check refunds may take up to 14 business days
Quality Computer Systems is not responsible for expenses, fees, or additional costs
incurred as a result of defective or incompatible products. You can always contact us

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue
and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Any opened software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft
- Windows Server and Microsoft Windows Server clients
- All electronic software downloads
- Quality Computer Systems Gift Cards (except as required by law)
- Products with customer-induced damage such as, but not limited to, bent CPU
- pins or damaged motherboard pins from mishandling products.
- Failed Hardware due to failed self-service (or DIY) attempts. IE: End user failed to
- install their laptop battery correctly.
- VR Headsets, Headphones, including AirPods, Earbuds, and Over-the-Ear
- Products.
- Microphones and microphone accessories
- All Phone & Tablet accessories.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and
once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
